The idea is quite simple. Each restaurant will have its own pre-fixed custom ‘Taste Ottawa CityFolk Menu’ items available for purchase throughout the week. With the help of their local BIAs and CityFolk, they will become a part of a network of restaurants working as a collective unit to offer the city many culinary options to explore throughout the event.
Restaurant goers will have the opportunity to create their unique restaurant tour of the city and experience exclusive dishes (specifically tailored for the event) at a reasonable rate. Taste Ottawa and CityFolk invites everyone in the Ottawa area to gather with friends and family and explore the culinary diversity of our city. We invite all Ottawa restaurants to come together and combine forces in order to make this event as widespread and fabulous as possible.

A Culinary Experience
Pre-fixed featured menu item:
Restaurants can choose to include a unique Taste Ottawa Menu that will feature a selection of items at a pre-fixed price.
Pre-Fixed Coursed Menu:
Restaurants can choose to create a customized Taste Ottawa pre-fixed 3-5 course menu at a reasonable rate. Each menu could feature several options for customers to choose from within each course.
Limited Edition Menu
Restaurants can choose to include a limited-edition item unique to their Taste Ottawa Menu. These could be a limited time sauce, coffee, baked good or wine selection at a discounted price.
We can’t wait for you to experience and enjoy Ottawa’s assortment of diverse, delicious, meals presented by some of the city’s finest restaurants. Participating establishments will present specialized menus featuring an assortment of unique items. From Kanata to Orléans and everywhere in between, customers will have plenty of tasty options to choose from within our varied collection of participating restaurants.
